Mincarlo Mincarlo is moored for Public access on Heritage Quay, Lowestoft. (Near the RNLI Lifeboat Station) The nearest Public Car park is Royal Green Car Park, Approximately 200 yards to the South. The nearest Railway Station is approximately 1/4 mile to the North, just over the Bridge.
